This is one of the latest news in Malaysia And it's also one of the news That made SOOO pissed after seeing it. 4 13 year old girls bullying an innocent girl. They cut her hair, they strangled her with her tie, they wiped her face with an A4 paper, they hit her head...e.t.c And in the end of the video They played something a THAT I REALLY FEEL LIKE STRANGLING THEM. What the hell? Bullying to be famous?
Why must they do that? Couldn't they think of the consequences?
THE WORST IS the punishment given Suspended for 2 weeks and apologizing? Thats it? They should be kicked out of school! Since they loved to cut people's hair, I might as well give them a free haircut, BALD. And, not to mention the eyebrows too. BALD LIKE AN EGG. When the girls apologized to the bully victim, they're not even serious! And if they come back to school after the suspension, can they guarantee themselves to not bully the girl again?
AND the victim. WHY DIDN'T SHE FIGHT BACK?! She was just siting over there pleading those so call "FRIENDS" to let go of her, and crying. She should have fought back. Who cares about rules that time! You must save yourself! Not worrying about penalties! Imagine if someone accidentally strangled you too hard, YOU MIGHT DIE, missy. And I mean DIE. Protecting yourself is not a crime.
RULE, back to RULES. The 4 girls that bullied her OMG look at their fringe so freakin' long They should instead be given the haircut If it's in my school, gosh the discipline teacher will give them tons of penalties and most probably a free haircut.

conclusion, you should not bully. You are trained to be a human in school, not satan. So for the girls, you're just lucky this time. God will punished those who casted sins. Especially sins like this.
